'Fly-through' of the hub and facilities...!

This unique regeneration venture will use sport, leisure, health, education and lifelong learning to increase the health and well-being of the local community.

The £30million Orford Park project will transform 50 acres of a former landfill site and enhance the facilities of the popular Victorian community park.

The community sports hub building will contain the following fantastic facilities:

• library and ICT
• community activity and meeting rooms
• 14-19 Diploma Centre
• café
• swimming pools
• health and fitness suite
• dance studios
• squash courts
• sports hall
• crèche

The outdoor areas will have:

• walking and cycling paths around the new grass pitches
• skateboarding and BMX cycling facilities
• upgraded and extended play area
• floodlit bowling greens
• new pavilion

Within the building, the Diploma Centre will provide areas for five health/science related courses

NHS Warrington will house three GP practices in the building, together with their lifestyles team and a pharmacy.
