Warrington School Sport Partnership is a government funded network which 
includes every primary, secondary, special school and college across the Borough, and therefore every child or young person in full time education.
The main purpose of the School Sport Partnership is to increase the number of young people taking part in:
- 2 hours of curriculum PE (5-16 years)
- 1 extra hour per week on their school or college site
- An offer of an additional 2 hours of activity coordinated across the community
“Taking Part” in this 5 hour offer, might include competitive activity (within or between schools and colleges), sports leadership, informal activity (such as active break times) or going to community sports and activity clubs.
Warrington School Sport Partnership works with a number of different agencies across the town in order to develop a coordinated 5 Hour Offer of sport and physical activity, including: 
- Warrington Borough Council
- Warrington Wolves Foundation
- Warrington Disability Partnership
- Sports Clubs and Club Forums
- NHS Warrington
