It's BIG and together we can make it happen!
There are some exciting new plans for Orford Library, thanks to BIG (Big Lottery Fund). As part of their Community Libraries Programme we have received £1.3million. This will enable us to relocate Orford Library from Poplars Avenue to within the new Orford Park Community Sports Hub.
We have set up a Community Management Board and have been doing lots of public consultation. This means that local people have a real voice in developing the new library. If you would like further information please contact:

It's hard to believe, but it's true ... in a few short months your favourite books will be occupying this space, and an 'express area' means that you will be able to borrow and return your books any time that the hub building is open.
